- If PROG is in "1" the control isnt set automatically to RUN after turning on

Can PLC programs of the P03 always be read back of the programming softeware Prodoc5?
Nomally the SPS program can be read back from the P03 control on the programming location MULITPROG. Exception:
- If by reading back the SPS program the error report from P03 control comes up "no original program in CPU", then it has following cause:
- Over the system features the download of the SPS source file can be deselceted. Then only the objectcode is on the contol. This can not be read back in the programming system.
- A further aspect is to consider:
- It is possible that the technologie guard "Black box" can be insert. This function is ued a some of the mechine poducers. Appopiate subpograms can be edited by the machine producers .
How often do the buffer batteries have to be changed on the control system?
- XCX system, XCX20 and MicroLine: No bufferbattrie change is necessary.
Because of a special battrie the buffering is secured for 8 months fully charged. The battrie is chargedin a 4 hour operation with supply voltage. - Promodul-U: At 25°C and a uninterupted buffering of 4 control units following times are garanted:
- With a network mechine UNG115 or UNG230 : 1 year , typical life cycle 10 years
- With network mechine: UNG24 : 1/2 year , typical life cycle: 5 Jahre
- Promodul-F: At 25°C and a uninterupted buffering one year is garanted. The typical life cycle is 5 years.
- Promodul-P03: Life cycle of the battrie: 3 years
