Set up and operate a QM system to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. Improve continually. Requirements for implementing a QM system:
- Identify processes relevant for the QM system
- Define sequence and interactions of these processes
- Ensure effective implementation and control of processes => define criteria and methods
- Ensure availability of information for running these processes
- Measure, monitor, analyse and improve processes to achieve results
Customer Orientation
Senior management ensures that:
- Customer requirements and expectations are known and
- expressed in specifications/targets
Consideration must be made of:
- Official and statutory requirements
- Product-related obligations
