Set up and operate a QM system to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. Improve continually. Requirements for implementing a QM system:

  • Identify processes relevant for the QM system
  • Define sequence and interactions of these processes
  • Ensure effective implementation and control of processes => define criteria and methods
  • Ensure availability of information for running these processes
  • Measure, monitor, analyse and improve processes to achieve results

 

Customer Orientation

Senior management ensures that:

  • Customer requirements and expectations are known and
  • expressed in specifications/targets

  • Official and statutory requirements
  • Product-related obligations
