ProNumeric
ProNumeric is an IPC-based high performance CNC/PLC automation system where even complex applications are easy to operate. It consists of a computer box and a separate operator panel. It provides everything you could wish for with respect to performance, ease of use and expansion.
- VxWin multi-tasking operating system (VxWorks & Win 9x/NT) guarantees prioritization of control tasks
- Permanent-synchronous CNC and PLC runtime system with mutual shared RAM
- CANopen field bus interface connects the I/O level
- Optical Sercos interface plus interrupt input for measuring sensor signals
- 4 slots for PCI cards allow, for example, multi-axis applications with 64 Sercos drives in up to 32 NC subsystems
- Interpolation cycle: 1 ms with 8 NC axes
- Separate CNC operator panel in IP65 with 12.1" TFT colour display, as touchscreen if required
- Command level connected via Ethernet with TCP/IP
- Options: customized machine control panel, PC foil keyboard, CD-RW drive
- ProSyCon is a pure PLC offering the same features, but without CNC functionalities.
